The statistics shows you information about tickets
for a given time period and for the one of the following criterions:
- Product
- System
- Customer (not available for customers)
- Engineer (not available for customers)
- Priority
Please select the desired year and the month (all month or a quarter)
and then press the Show-Button to see the statistics.
Additionally it is possible to reduce the result to tickets with the
desired priority.

An engineer will see statistics of own tickets. |

The statistics is not available for anonymous users. |
| Administrator |
An system administrator can see all. |
The S.mon statistics are simple. If complex statistics is
required a special software like "Crystal Reports"
or "Business Objects" can be used to generate the reports.
All S.mon data is stored in a relational database, therefore
is the integration with a special reporting software very easy.
